Feel the difference before you leave.
Stop guessing why the same spot keeps tightening up. Start playing and training without working around it.
I assess how you move, work hands-on on what’s actually limiting you, then retest the same movements, so you see what changed and know exactly what to do next.

You put in the work. Your body isn’t keeping up.
The first few holes feel like swinging in a wetsuit.
Your backswing gets shorter every season, and your coach keeps asking for a turn you can’t quite make.
It felt great for two days. Then the same spot came back.
You’re tired of training around the same hip, shoulder, or low back.
You plan on doing this for a long time.
You want a useful plan, not random stretches you’ll forget.
I start by looking at how you move, not just where you feel tight.
Assess. Work. Feel It.
Every session follows the same three steps, so nothing is guesswork, and you see the result before you walk out.
Assess
I look at how you move, including your range, control, and any side-to-side differences.
Work
Hands-on bodywork aimed at what your assessment found, not just where it hurts.
Feel It
I retest the same movements so you can see what changed. Then we decide what’s next.
One visit. 90 minutes. Here’s what you’ll find out.
Whether the spot that feels tight is the actual problem, or just where you notice it.
What changes after focused hands-on work, retested on the same movements so you’re not guessing.
Which side of your body is doing more of the work, and whether it’s the side you’d guess.
The two or three movements that matter most for you right now, and the ones you can stop worrying about.
The one or two exercises that hold the change between visits and fit inside your warm-up.
Whether ongoing work makes sense for you, or whether you can handle it on your own.
Elite experience. One-on-one attention.
I’m Joe Yoon. I’ve worked with Olympic sprinters, NFL Athletes, and serious golfers. The biggest thing I learned: the best don’t do more. They find exactly what’s limiting them and work on that.
That’s what you get here, one-on-one.

Before your visit.
I’m a licensed massage therapist and certified trainer. Here’s what people usually ask first.
-
There’s plenty of hands-on work, but it’s aimed at what your assessment finds, and we retest the same movements to see what changed.
-
Yes. I'm happy to share what I find with your coach or trainer so we're all working toward the same thing.
-
I'm not a physical therapist or chiropractor, and I don't diagnose or treat injuries. I focus on how you move and what's limiting it, and I aim the hands-on work at that. You can see me alongside your PT or chiropractor, and if something needs a medical look, I'll tell you and point you to the right person.
-
You'll leave knowing what I found, what changed, and one or two exercises to keep it going. If ongoing work makes sense, I'll walk you through the 12-week program, and if you start within 48 hours, the cost of your assessment is credited in full. If it doesn't make sense, I'll tell you that too.

Typically men will wear t-shirt and gym shorts and women will wear a sports bra with a tank top and gym shorts. Think layers but please wear what you feel comfortable in for the session.
